Off-Site Professional Development Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by K-5 Math 
K-5 MTR reserves the right to refuse a registration or cancel or reschedule any of its professional development programs/events for any reason, including due to under-enrollment or other circumstances that K-5 MTR believes impact the viability of the program.  In such cases, registrants may elect either to receive a full refund or transfer their registration credits to another K-5 MTR program at a future date. 

Cancellation by Participants 
If you wish to cancel a registration in a K-5 MTR professional development program, you must contact K-5 MTR via email at orders@k-5mtr.com 
with the name of the cancelling participant and / or your transaction ID number.  For cancellations received in writing twenty one (21) business days prior to the start of the program, K-5 MTR will provide a refund of 100% of the cost of the program, minus a $50 administration fee.  Cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the program will receive a 50% refund of the cost of the program.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the program.  "No-shows" will be treated as non-refundable cancellations and no refunds will be issued.  In all cases of cancellation by a participant within twenty one (21) business days prior to the start of the program, any unpaid registration fees outstanding on the first day of the program will be billed to the participant as specified in their registration, subject to the discount described in this paragraph.  No make-up sessions are provided.  Substitutions of participants are permitted.  If you wish to substitute another individual to attend a live program in your place, you may do so at any time prior to the start of the program by writing to orders@k-5mtr.com with the details of the substitution.
